We recently had the pleasure of meeting Brother Michael O’neill Mc Grath at a spiritual retreat.  Brother Mickey, Oblate of St. Francis de Sales, is an artist, writer, and speaker who loves to explore the relationship between art and faith. His work and ministry have been featured in ST. ANTHONY MESSENGER, USA TODAY, and many Catholic newspaper articles around the country. Several of his covers for AMERICA magazine have been given awards by the Catholic Press Association. He now has a studio in Camden New Jersey and is creating some of the most beautiful painting we have ever seen.  His work is very spiritual and each piece has it’s own unique story.  He filters into his painting many hidden meanings along with a wonderful dash of humor.  Brother Mickey truly believes that beauty can save us all with its healing power and optimism.  Whatever the titles of his presentations and whatever type of audience, Mickey’s message is always about the healing power of art and its ability to lead us to light and grace.  Please take a few minutes and check out some of his beautiful work.   Please visit Mickey’s website, it is filled with lots of his expressions!

Thank you Brother Mickey, we enjoyed the retreat and were very moved with your dedication of sharing your gift with the world.
